• Max age 24 years (S1) & 27 years (S2)
• Minimum education S1
• Min GPA 3.00 accredited min B major:
• Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Information Engineering, Management, Accounting, Psychology, Law and Communication Sciences

Job Responsibility

• MBDP participants are required to undertake an education and/or development program for 12 months
• Participants are required to be able to understand the company's business processes as a whole
• Participants are required to be able to understand the learning material well during the program
• Participants are required to create a project after the program ends
